30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Wrong model?

If you ordered the wrong iPhone model or watch size, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct one.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to send it back.

Personalized items

Because they're made just for you, personalized items can only be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged or misprinted.

How to start a return

Use our contact form at /pages/contact with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
